About Us

IronRod Health, founded in 2017, is driven by a profound mission: to usher healthcare into the digital age and enrich lives through meaningful impact. Our founder, Andrew Nash, a seasoned cardiac device sales leader and successful entrepreneur, recognized the disconnect between traditional healthcare and the digital tools that could revolutionize it. This vision, coupled with a deeply personal commitment to fostering generational value transfer within families, fuels our purpose.

We believe that the greatest gift one generation can give another is the wisdom of shared values. Yet, the demands of life, especially in the healthcare realm, often hinder this vital exchange. IronRod Health addresses this by offering solutions that empower individuals to take control of their health, freeing up precious time for meaningful connections and the passing on of cherished values.

Our focus on Remote Cardiac and Chronic Condition Monitoring is about enabling a richer, more fulfilling life. We provide experienced care teams and a unique technology platform to medical practices that help them empower patients to better manage their chronic conditions, ultimately giving them more time for what’s truly important to them!

This is the driving force, the “Iron Rod” that guides every aspect of our strategy and daily operations. We’re not just building a company; we’re building a legacy of healthier lives and stronger connections across generations.

IronRod Health’s leadership team is comprised of professionals with a proven track record of success growing companies in the healthcare, cardiac care, technology and services industries.
